Mountain Walks Client Feedback 2018

2018 has come to a close 🙁 but what a season it has been! We have had the pleasure of guiding, teaching and inspiring over 2,000 clients in Snowdonia, the Lake District, Yorkshire and the Peak District. We would like to thank everyone who attended one of our events and we certainly look forward to welcoming you back next year. It’s always nice to share some feedback and we hope this inspires you to join an event next year too.

Below are a selection of testimonials which have been completed by our clients this year. We have also included our seasons NPS score so you have an idea how we are doing and we hope it gives you some confidence when choosing one of our guided walks or mountains skills courses.

What is NPS?

The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s services to others.

Given the NPS range of -100 to +100, a “positive” score or NPS above 0 is considered “good”, +50 is “Excellent,” and above 70 is considered “world class.” Based on global NPS standards, any score above 0 would be considered “good.”

Our 2018 season saw scored of +97 for our Mountain Skills Courses and +81 for our Guided Walks.

Honestly the best guided walk I have ever been on. All of the guides were great. I really liked the natural way the walking groups were formed so you could walk at your usual pace. The route and scenery was spectacular, challenging but great fun and was lovely to chat with so many different likeminded people.

We had a truly wonderful day on the Edale Skyline with a lovely group and two friendly and well organised guides. Unfortunately, the views from Kinder Scout were non-existent due to mist but later on we were treated to spectacular views across the whole valley. The group bonded really well and there were many hilarious moments along the way. I love walking with Mountain Walks because it means we can just relax, chat and enjoy the views!

We went as a group of four. Two of our group had never climbed Snowdon before who were very nervous. Following brief information at the start of the walk, they immediately felt more relaxed. The whole experience was great, Jonny our guide was extremely friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend! We also had fantastic weather and a beautiful sunrise which topped it off!!
